This is a practical self-management development programme for people whose responsibility is to lead and manage others in creating a more successful, effective and dynamic organization.
The seminar provides a personal re-engineering through a process of balancing the mind/body system which empowers the individual to be flexible. This enables a manager to realign positively and productively to the changing environment.
The personal technology we use to accomplish this goal is Educational Kinesiology (Brain GymŪ), which is the process of using movement to access personal potential. This allows what was difficult to become easier. The Switched On Management Seminar is designed to help you become more effective with the management skills you now have, as well as the mental agility to develop skills in new areas with ease and confidence.
The course is designed to be applicable to all management levels, from first level supervisors all the way up to the CEO. A summary of the key management processes we will focus on is available.
